A lot of people talk about being “hardworking” and “tireless,” but few can back it up day in and day out — over the course of years — like Jon Minjoe. Jon is the living embodiment of our get shit done attitude.
Jon boasts a resume that includes over 15 years of successful campaign experience. His diverse background ranges from managing successful top-tier legislative races to working on local, congressional, gubernatorial and presidential campaigns. Jon is a nationally recognized digital communications leader, specifically talented in creating online movements, and driving those audiences toward action. He’s personally taken client leadership for more than 100+ clients since our founding, and written thousands of emails, social media posts, and graphics. The results have been undeniable: hundreds of thousands of emails collected, and millions of dollars raised.
In his role as Managing Partner, Jon built and maintains a vast infrastructure of technology and process solutions empowering our team to do more with less, amplifying their ability to consistently provide our clients industry-leading, cross-channel creative work. He’s responsible for an in-house educational series that is now over 40 lessons strong, and which has led to a spin-off, monthly book club. As he reminds the team daily: if we’re not getting better every day, we’re getting worse. So, let’s go get it done.
A naturally gifted communicator who is as gregarious as he is hardworking, Jon channels his inner-coach to provide guidance, advice, education, and — when needed — an assertive reminder of what it takes to get the job done right.
In those rare moments Jon isn’t in front of his computer, you can probably find him onstage performing stand-up comedy at one of the local clubs around Dallas, or wandering around a local golf course looking for his lost ball (fairways are optional when Jon plays).
A proud native of Michigan, Jon now lives in Dallas with his wife Sarah.
